For PUDO Partners
Run a Funamu PUDO
A PUDO is a pick-up and drop-off point. You receive parcels from Delivery Partners and hand them to customers who come to collect, all in the Funamu PUDO Partners app.
What you get
Two ways to earn
A handling fee for each parcel you receive, and a pickup charge for each parcel a customer collects from you. Funamu keeps a handling commission from these fees.
Your payout, when you ask
Request a payout from the PUDO screen, once a day. Nobody has to approve it, and Funamu pays the transfer cost.
Checked hand-overs
The Delivery Partner presents the parcels in their app. You check each one against the list and mark it received, missing, damaged or wrong.
Safe collection
A customer collects with their order number and a 4-digit PIN, or a pickup code you scan. Hand the parcel over only after the app confirms it.
More people through your door
Customers choose your PUDO at checkout and come to you to collect.
Your own team
Invite workers to your PUDO with their own Funamu account, and choose what each of them can do.
You control when you are open
Mark your PUDO open or closed in the app. A closed PUDO is not sent new parcels.
Help when you need it
Chat with the Delivery Partner, the merchant or the customer about a parcel, and with your Funamu Partner Officer, your Ward Manager or Funamu Support.
How it works
- Create a Funamu account, or sign in to the one you have, and apply as a PUDO Partner.
- Send your identity document and a photo of your face. Funamu staff review them before your PUDO can receive parcels.
- Receive parcels from Delivery Partners and confirm each one in the app.
- When a customer comes, enter their order number and PIN, then hand over the parcel.
- See your balance on the PUDO screen and request your payout.
Good to know before you apply
- The handling fee and the commission are set by Funamu Operations. Your app shows what each parcel earned.
- A parcel is yours to look after only once you mark it received. Report a missing, damaged or wrong parcel at the hand-over, not later.
- A parcel that is not collected in time follows Funamu's uncollected-parcel rules. Your app tells you what to do with it.
- One person can run a single PUDO, or a company can run several with workers assigned to each.
You create a Funamu account, or sign in to the one you have, and apply from there. Funamu Operations reviews every application.
