How it works

  1. Create a Funamu account, or sign in to the one you have, and apply as a merchant.
  2. Funamu Operations reviews your application and verifies your business.
  3. List your products with prices and photos, and set your opening hours.
  4. Accept each order and pack it. A Delivery Partner collects it, or the customer picks it up.
  5. Follow the order to delivery, and request your payout from the Wallet.

Good to know before you apply

  • Funamu keeps a commission on each sale. The rate depends on the product category and is set by Funamu Operations.
  • A customer can return an eligible item within the return period. That is why part or all of a sale's earning is held for a few days after delivery, depending on the payout option you choose.
  • Keep every sale inside Funamu. A payment made outside the app has no Funamu protection for you or for the customer.
  • Delivery between cities depends on the routes Funamu has opened. Your app shows where your products can be delivered.
