What you get

  • Earn on every delivery

    You earn the delivery fee of each delivery you complete, less Funamu's delivery commission. The app shows the fee, the commission and what was credited for each task.

  • Your payout, when you ask

    Request a payout from Earnings on any day, once a day. Nobody has to approve it, and Funamu pays the transfer cost.

  • Offers near you

    When you are online, offers come to the nearest Delivery Partners first, and only for loads your vehicle can carry.

  • In your city or between cities

    Deliver within your city, or carry parcels between Funamu cities on the routes Funamu has opened.

  • A clear end to every delivery

    A delivery is complete when the customer's PIN is confirmed in the app. Your earning is credited at that moment.

  • You choose when you work

    Go online to receive offers and go offline when you stop. You accept the deliveries you want.

  • Help when you need it

    Chat with the customer, the merchant or the PUDO about a delivery, and with your Funamu Partner Officer, your Ward Manager or Funamu Support.

  • For one rider or a whole company

    Work on your own, or register a delivery company with several vehicles and drivers.

How it works

  1. Create a Funamu account, or sign in to the one you have, and apply as a Delivery Partner.
  2. Send your identity document and a photo of your face. Funamu staff review them before you can go online.
  3. Go online in your registered city and allow location for the app.
  4. Accept an offer, collect the parcel, and deliver it. The customer's PIN confirms the delivery.
  5. See what you earned under Earnings and request your payout.

Good to know before you apply

  • Funamu keeps a delivery commission from each delivery fee. The rate is set by Funamu Operations and is fixed on an order when it is placed.
  • You cannot go online until your identity verification is approved.
  • Offers depend on your vehicle: a load that is too heavy or too bulky for it is not offered to you.
  • A photo or a message in a chat never confirms a pickup or a delivery. Each has its own step in the app.
